We are excited to share that Leader Valley Executive Director, Melissa Reade and Leader Valley Facilitator, Teri Trask, recently completed their Associate Certified Coach certification. This 18-month process included in-person classes, independent study, virtual learning, demonstration of coaching skills, group coaching, individual coaching, and a comprehensive application and evaluation process.
Executive Coaching is now part of the Leader in Me framework and available to all Leader in Me principals. Executive Coaching is 1:1 coaching geared to help leaders perform better and achieve meaningful results for their organization.
